She's been working hard getting herself fighting fit for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.

And the hard work has clearly been worth it as Aliona Vilani happily flaunts her toned physique on the beach.

The dance professional showed off her taut body in a yellow string bikini as she enjoyed a birthday visit to the beach in Miami with her family yesterday.

Aliona turned 28 on Tuesday and flew out to Florida to be with her relatives and get some much needed rest in the sun.
She ditched the sequins and lashings of make-up to go bare faced for the day out as she frolicked on the sand and went for a dip in the sea.
Although the TV star gave a hint of her usual glamour with pearl earrings and her nails painted in pink.

Aliona relaxed on a sun lounger as she covered up her hair in a straw cowboy hat.
She later cooled down in the sea, before she ran back on to the sand and showed off her pert derriere when she readjusted her bikini bottoms.
And she was obviously pleased to be in the sunny state to see her birthday in with her loved ones.

She wrote on Twitter as she arrived: 'Landed and now off to celebrate my B-Day with my parents :).'
Aliona added later: 'Perfect day...perfect weather...whoop whoop...Miami rocks!'
The star has been gearing up ready for her next celebrity when she returns to Strictly Come Dancing later this year.

She was lat seen enduring a tough work out in a London park last week as she showed off her toned midriff and flexibility with a series of moves.
And she obviously means business so she can repeat her performance last year, which saw her walk away the winner with McFly's Harry Judd.
