It's nearly two decades since original girl powers group Eternal burst on the scene in 1993.

But not much appears to have changed when it comes to Louise Redknapp's measurements.

The former popstar showcased an enviably taut stomach on holiday in Barbados, wowing onlookers in a flattering black two piece which proved she works hard to maintain her shape in motherhood.

Despite having two sons and creeping nearer to the big 4-0, Louise looked youthful and healthy.

Louise was seen relaxing in the sunshine upon a pink towel at the island's famous Sandy Lane Hotel, while Jamie took a spin on a jet ski.

On Friday, the family were seen cooling off in the blue waters of the Caribbean and chatting with fellow holidaymakers, as they relaxed with their sons Charley, seven, and Beau, three.

The couple - who have been married for 13 years - soaked up the sun, with Louise, 37, going for maximum exposure in a strapless bikini.

But as you would expect for the offspring of a former footballer, young Charley was keen to get active despite the heat.

He and his father practiced diving off a platform in the sea. But sadly for Jamie, 38, it appears that Charley may have had the edge when it came to technique.

Jamie, who has become a respected football pundit since hanging up his boots, was still in good shape and displayed an enviable torso.

Having caught a little too much of the sun, the father-of-two had red shoulders and looked as if he was suffering from sunburn.

Just do what I do: Charley appears to be giving his dad a few pointers on the art of diving... which he ignored!

Still, frolicking in the sea with his family took the pain away and brought a cheeky smile to the former England international's face.

Jamie and Louise are both very family orientated and named both their boys in tribute to some of those closest to them.

Their eldest son Charles was named after Louise's grandfather, who is reported to have died on the very same day that the Eternal singer found out she was pregnant.

The youngest member of the clan, Beau, was given his name after the area Bow in London, where his grandfather Harry Redknapp was born.
