They've both been under the knife in recent weeks.

So you can't blame reality TV stars Lauren Pope and Chloe Sims for wanting to show off their new surgically-enhanced assets.

Out for dinner in London last night, The Only Way Is Essex stars chose specific outfits to showcase their boosted curves.

While Pope had her breasts enlarged to a DD cup when she replacing her PIP implants, Sims had a Brazilian butt lift.

And as they dined at Nobu Berkeley, they newly-improved assets were clearly on show.

Glamour model-turned-DJ Pope, 28, shows off her cleavage in a low-cut bralet and pencil skirt.

While Sims covered up her 34EE breasts in a T-shirt, but flaunted her newly-pert derriere in a pair of leggings.

After toying with the idea in an episode of TOWIE last year, Sims finally went under the knife earlier this month.

The single mother, 30, ended up having a £4,500 Brazilian butt lift, which involves taking body fat from the patient and moving it into their bottom.

She told Now magazine earlier this month: 'It does look lifted and now goes into a noticeable bum shape, which I’m really happy with.

'I already know that I’ll feel more confident as a single woman with my bum the way it is now – especially when I go on holiday. For the first time in ages I’m actually looking forward to wearing a bikini.

'Even before I was in The Only Way Is Essex I was surrounded by gorgeous girls with hourglass figures. Mine felt unsexy and boyish in comparison.'

Pope decided to go up a bra size when she discovered she had the potentially-dangerous PIP implants in the fourth series of TOWIE in February.

But now The Only Way Is Essex's Chloe Sims is more than confident about her body - after going under the surgeon's knife for a Brazilian butt lift.

The 30-year-old reality star told Now magazine she's desperate to show off her new womanly curves in a bikini when she hits the beach this summer.

She said: 'My bum doesn’t feel heavier or wobblier like I thought it would. But it does look lifted and now goes into a noticeable bum shape, which I’m really happy with.

'I’ve only had two boob jobs, teeth veneers and then this. I don’t think I need to have anything else done now.'

Chloe also spoke about how she made the decision to have the butt lift, admitting she's sure the procedure will have an overall positive effect on her life.

She said: 'Even before I was in The Only Way Is Essex I was surrounded by gorgeous girls with hourglass figures. Mine felt unsexy and boyish in comparison.

'I tried everything possible to overcome my body insecurities. I wore certain clothes to make my bum look bigger and even wore knickers with chicken fillet-type padding.

'I always had my bum in mind when I was buying clothes. I’d hate it most whenever I went on holiday and had to get into a bikini. It always looked awful, like a flat "granny" bum. With age and gravity it only got worse. By the time I turned 30 I’d ended up with a droopy bottom.'

Describing the procedure, which was carried out at Dr Aamer Khan’s clinic in London, Chloe explained:

'They removed fat from my stomach and thighs with a syringe. It felt like a rod going under my skin and was very painful.

'Then they emptied the fat into a hospital drip bag to separate and drain it before injecting it back into me.'

However, any cosmetic surgery procedure has its drawbacks, and Chloe admitted to Now she is still struggling with the post-operation pain.

She said: 'The downside is that I felt sore for a few days afterwards and I’m not able to lie on my back for six weeks in order to let the fat on my bum settle.'

Chloe added that while most of her family and friends knew about her decision to have the butt lift, she decided not to tell her seven-year-old daughter Madison.

She explained: 'Madison stayed with her dad for a few nights and just thought I’d been at work. I hope Madison doesn’t have anything done when she’s older and it’s not something I’ll encourage. But she’s only little, so I can’t say what might happen in the future.'

The Only Way Is Essex cast are always up for trying something new - especially Chloe Sims.

But TV star's latest stunt was hardly original, and many viewers will know why.

The mother-of-one took the time to help her co-stars Billi Mucklow and Cara Kilbey when they decided to hold a Sex And The City themed party at Billi's salon.

And in true SATC style on Valentines Day, Chloe took this opportunity to cover her slender body in sushi.

In a scene that almost mimicked Samantha's in the first movie, TOWIE fans see the model get to grips with the raw food but it seems the girls are unsure where to place it all.

'Where shall I put the lobster?' Billi asked them, but this caused Cara to scream: 'No! You know I don't like animals near me,' when Billi put the food too close to her.

It then leads her to give Chloe some all important advice as she lays down on the table.

'Make sure you don't get wasabi anywhere 'cos it will hurt,' she tells her, to which Chloe replied: 'Ugh it stinks of fish! I feel like I'm passing out, I'm in like a weird fish dream!'

But despite being covered in sushi, Chloe still manages to look glamorous wearing nude-coloured knickers and a seashell bikini top.

But not everyone is feeling in the mood to celebrate the romantic day as James 'Arg' Argent is still finding his break-up with Lydia Bright quite hard to deal with.

As he confided in his friend Joey Essex, he explained that he is confused by the whole situation.

'She told me that she still loves me, still wants to marry me, have my kids. And then she disrespects me like this,' he tells him.

'Everyone at the moment is going against you mate, every single person is going against you,' Joey replied.

'Hopefully people will see the real Arg again, do you know what I mean, 'cos you're upset aren't you? I know how you feel.'

But while Arg may not have received a card from a special someone, his former mother-in-law to-be did.

Debbie Bright was rather surprised to receive the mysterious card, and listened to the views of Nanny Pat and Carol Wright on who they sender might have been.

Straight talking: Billi asked Cara's brother Tom if he fancied her to which he replied 'Yeah, I do.'

Later on some of the TOWIE stars are seen enjoying a night out where things begin to hot up between Billie and Cara's brother Tom.

The blonde star decided to be upfront with him and simply asked: 'Do you fancy me?' to which he replied: 'Yeah, I do.'

But that's not the only flirting that is taking place, as it seems that newcomer Ricky Rayment is turning heads wherever he goes.

'Oh look he's got all the girls around him hasn't he?' Billi comments, before he confidently tells them: 'So girls, I'm newly on the market, anyone fancy a purchase?'
