She has been stepping out in several multi-colored bikinis during her holiday this week on the Caribbean island of St. Barts, but yesterday's hot pink little number was the winner.

Looking incredibly fit and toned for her 48 years, Nicollette Sheridan strutted on the sand in a bright pink, ruffled bandeau top and matching Brazilian-cut bikini bottom while walking hand in hand with her grinning boyfriend.

Not nearly as toned was her balding mystery man, who stayed on the beach in his white swimming trunks while the former Desperate Housewives star splashed and waded in the surf.

Nicollette submerged herself in the ocean about waist deep but, as many women do, kept her blonde hair dry in a messy updo.

Flaunting her enviably toned arms and flat tummy, Nicollette smiled in the sunshine, perhaps due to her attorneys' victory in securing a retrial for her wrongful termination lawsuit.

The actress had originally sought $5.7 million from ABC and Touchstone in a wrongful termination lawsuit, which ended up being declared a mistrial.

Sheridan’s legal team is seeking $35,000 in sanctions from Touchstone Television and a new trial date has been set for Friday, April 18.

Last month, Nicollette stormed out of court after discovering she was just a juror away from vindication in her wrongful termination suit brought against her former bosses.

She had also made allegations of assault against Housewives creator Marc Cherry, claiming he had given her a 'wallop' on the head during a rehearsal for a scene in 2008.

Earlier this week, the British star sported a black string bikini and, before that, a tangerine bikini while cuddling up to her new beau.

Nicollette played housewife Edie Britt until the fifth season of the show, where she died from electrocution in the aftermath of a dramatic car crash.

Her next project, the film Jewtopia, will premiere April 26 at the Newport Beach International Film Festival.

The romantic comedy -- also starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Rita Wilson, and Jamie-Lynn Sigler -- centers on a gentile who pretends to be Jewish in order to win the affection of his love interest.

Nicollette also provides her voice for the animated feature Noah's Ark: The New Beginning, out later this year.

There's nothing like a sunshine break in an idyllic holiday destination to take your mind off things.

And Nicollette Sheridan was clearly making the most of her relaxing break in the Caribbean island of St Barts, a few weeks after her court battle against ABC was declared a mistrial.

The 48-year-old former Desperate Housewives actress showed off her impressive bikini body in a black two piece as she took a relaxing dip in the warm ocean.

However, the gentle waves appear to have messed with her perfectly placed bikini, as the star was spotted making a few adjustments to her bikini top as she emerged from the ocean after her swim.

She showed off her toned arms and flat tummy as she emerged from the water, with her blonde hair wet from the sea.

Nicollette is currently on vacation with a mystery new man and later covered up with an orange patterned sheer sarong for a romantic stroll down the beach.

The jury in the case were hung 8-4 in favour of her version of events, meaning Nicollette was technically one juror away from winning damages of $6 million.

However Nicollette Sheridan is consoling herself on a romantic beach break with a new mystery guy.

The actress has been whisked away to the luxurious island of St Barts when she is clearly enjoying lapping up the sun.

The 48-year-old was spotted on vacation with her man, watching waves as they relaxed atop sun loungers.

Sheridan stripped down from an angelic outfit of all-white to reveal a tangerine bikini which barely fit the her.

After removing her linen trousers and off-the shoulder kaftan, her halter neck swimwear was evidently too small.

But that didn’t seem to bother the star as she was more concerned with keeping her eyes on her partner.

As he admired her toned body, the blonde couldn’t help but stroke his skin as they protected themselves from harsh solar rays underneath their umbrella.

At one point she left the company of her flame to have some solo thinking time, she looked pensive sitting on a large rock by the shore.

Nicollette certainly has a lot to ponder.

She has been walking around looking stoney-faced after she needed just one more juror on her side to win her case for wrongful termination.
