A day in the life of Kim Kardashian: Scantily-clad reality star invites fans behind the scenes of smouldering photoshoot

Kim Kardashian gave her admirers a glimpse into her average day when she took them behind the scenes of her latest photo shoot.

The reality star slipped into a series of form-fitting outfits to pose for the cover of Esquire magazine’s Latin America issue.

The 31-year-old filmed a special segment that showed viewers what it was like to be backstage at the shoot, which took place on location at a Los Angeles hotel.

Inviting: Kim showed fans what it was like to be behind the scenes at her photo shoot

Kim could be seen wearing a number of revealing ensembles, including a leopard-print body with a black belt, and a sheer black slip over some matching lingerie.

Most of the behind the scenes clip shows Kim simply posing for the camera, while in others she can be seen having her make-up touched up or taking direction from photographer John Russo.

Some of the outfits took a sexy spin on work attire, with one shot seeing the star lounging on a sofa in a figure-hugging pencil skirt, and another showing her posing on a chair in a blazer and a pair of tiny shorts.

The businesswoman worked the camera like a pro, showing off her best angles and flaunting her famous curves in the array of saucy items.

One shot saw her pushing up her ample cleavage as she pouted for them camera in just a skirt and unbuttoned jacket.

And when she wasn’t concentrating on having her photo taken, the reality star blew kisses to the rolling camera and wished the magazine a happy birthday.

The series of seductive shots were taken for the February 2012 issue of the publication.

And model behaviour was not the only thing Kim showed off today as the TV personality also gave her new hairdo its debut as spent a day out with a friend Beverly Hills.

She posted photos to her Twitter account yesterday along with the message: ‘I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I'm loving it! New hair color=new beginnings for me You like?’

Kim sent the messages while shooting a lingerie campaign for the Kardashian Collection, the brand she created alongside sisters Kourtney and Khloe.

Kim was seen displaying her lighter locks while enjoying a bite to eat with her friend before indulging in a spot of retail therapy.
