Gwyneth, Cameron and Reese, 35, were spotted enjoying a laughter-filled evening together at a dinner at Soho House in West Hollywood in December.
he A-list group enjoyed dinner and drinks at The Arts Club in Mayfair, sneaking out the back door with smiles on their faces around 12.30am.
Gwyneth and Stella are regulars at the members-only venue.
Paltrow helped to relaunch the club last year, serving as a style consultant on the refurbishment.
Cameron is also no stranger to the venue; she flew in to support Gwyneth at the opening party in October.
Cameron, Reese and Gwyneth were stylish for their night out in skinny black trousers as coats, and Stella standing out in a bright orange dress and checked coat.
It looked as though the designer brought along some goodies for her BFF Gwyneth; the actress carried a large bag from Stella McCartney with a tag bearing her name.
Reese is in town to promote her latest film This Means War, walking the red carpet at the premiere on Monday night at the Odeon in Kensington.
The romantic comedy also stars Tom Hardy and Chris Pine, who were both on hand at the London premiere.
They play two CIA agents who wage war on each other when they realise they are both dating the same girl (Witherspoon).
The film opens on February 14 worldwide.
