She loves a good entrance, and Florence Welch did it with aplomb at her sold-out London gig this weekend.
The Florence and the Machine star stormed the stage at Alexandra Palace in a dramatic caped ensemble designed by the man behind Lady Gaga's stage outfits.
Florence, 25, wore an enormous billowing cape over a catsuit as she belted out new song Seven Devils.

She performed the anthems accompanied by her usual band and harpist as well as a full orchestra and choir.
Florence paid tribute to her mother, who was proudly sitting in the front row with a video camera glued to her hand.

The singer skipped around energetically barefoot, rather than in the towering heels she usually prefers onstage, and tied her flame red hair back into braids.
Noble is the designer responsible for some of Gaga's more eccentric creations, including he white pearl and lace ensemble she wore to the 2010 BRIT Awards, and the red bondage-style lingerie she wore in the Bad Romance video.
Florence plays three nights in London before dates in Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.
